Small Steps to Healthy Life- Proiect eTwinning

Our students and their teacher, Monica Raducan,joined a wonderful and useful eTwinning project. Small Steps to Healthy Life is an project aiming to deal with healthy eating habits that can stabilize students energy, sharpen their minds, and even out their moods. While peer pressure and TV commercials for junk food can make getting students to eat well seem impossible, there are steps teachers can take to instill healthy eating habits. By encouraging healthy eating habits , we can make a huge impact on our students lifelong relationship with food and give them the best opportunity to grow into healthy, confident adults.

    I like to eat fruits, biscuits, chips and sandwiches at school because I need a lot of energy and health. I always eat eggs and toast for breakfast in the morning because healthy protein is very important for me. I sometimes have a cup of milk with cereals and rarely toast with butter or honey. Yumyyy!!!

    i eat at breakfast milk and cereals or some biscuits with yogurt or milk for a day with maxic the energy..I believe the fruit and the vehetables are very important for our life because they offer many vitamins.

    We eat most crackers crisps corn snacks etc, but it is not good to eat these things, you need to consume fruit and vegetables etc.
